Does this work with my NetSapiens platform?
Yes. UCInsights works with any NetSapiens-based UCaaS platform — SkySwitch, Clearly IP, DialMart, or any other NS reseller. You just need your NS host URL and API credentials. We support NS version 40 and above.
How long does setup take?
Under 5 minutes. Sign up, enter your NS API credentials, select which client domains to report on, add recipient email addresses, and you're done. Your first report goes out on the next scheduled delivery.
Is my NS credentials data secure?
Absolutely. Your NS credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored. They're never stored in plaintext. Our database uses row-level security so your data is completely isolated from other partners. We never share or sell your data.
What does the AI analysis actually say?
The AI reads your call data and writes a plain-English narrative — overall performance summary, flagged concerns (high wait times, abandoned queues, low answer rates), top agent callouts, and 2-3 specific actionable recommendations. It uses your actual numbers, names, and extensions — not generic filler.
Can my clients see the dashboard or just the email?
Right now reports are email-only — which is actually what most managers prefer. The report lands in their inbox every morning, they read it in 60 seconds, and forward it to their team. No extra logins to manage. A self-service client portal is on our roadmap.
How is pricing calculated?
$15/month per client location. Add as many clients as you want — your subscription quantity adjusts automatically based on which clients are enabled, with prorated charges and credits. Pay annually and drop to $12/client/month (2 months free). You only pay for the clients you actually report on.
Can I send on-demand reports outside the schedule?
